Hiring: Oracle HCM Cloud – Time & Labor (Techno-Functional) Consultant Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months (High Possibility of Extension) We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor (Techno-Functional) Consultant to join a dynamic implementation team for a major enterprise engagement. Key Requirements: 7–8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience Strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) Cloud Hands-on experience with Fast Formula (FF) development and customization Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Time & Labor Cloud Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions Experience with configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support Strong understanding of Time Collection Devices, Time Rules, Time Calculations, and Workforce Management processes Excellent client-facing and communication skills 📩 If you are interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please send your updated resume @akshay@wiseskulls.com
