Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Law Student located in Toronto, ON, with some flexibility for remote work. The Law Student will assist with legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing case files, and conducting analysis to support the firm’s legal proceedings. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with correspondence, organizing casework, and working collaboratively with the legal team to support client needs. Qualifications • Proficiency in Law and legal principles • Strong Analytical Skills for legal case review and strategic planning • Excellent Communication and Writing skills for preparing reports, documents, and client correspondence • Proven Research skills for gathering, analyzing, and organizing legal information • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively • Currently enrolled in a recognized law school or recent graduate • Understanding of Canadian legal system and regulations is an asset
