Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business & system requirements
• Conduct business process analysis and feasibility studies
• Facilitate JAD sessions, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings
• Prepare BRD, SRS, use cases, RTM, test plans, and status reports
• Support development, testing, UAT, and defect management
• Work with Agile, Waterfall, and iterative methodologies
• Collaborate with vendors, business teams, and project managers
Required Skills: • SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall
• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• UML & Process Modeling
• Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM
• Mainframe & Legacy System Experience
• Oracle Siebel / COTS Implementation
• Public Sector Experience
Soft Skills: • Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Stakeholder management & collaboration
• Leadership and facilitation skills
Preferred: • Public Sector digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of AODA & Digital Service Standards
• Experience with Power BI & prototyping tools
