Junior Commercial Lawyer

Our practice focuses on providing services in the spheres of corporate governance, commercial contract drafting and negotiation, corporate finance and M&A. Our current need We are currently seeking a junior lawyer who is interested in learning about the general practice of business law and the intersection of law and technology, within a fast-paced boutique setting. M&A deal drafting experience, B2B commercial negotiation experience would be beneficial. Those interested should apply with a cover letter and resume.
