Onsite Manager

Onsite Manager Arrow Workforce Solutions – Montreal, QC Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Manager to support operations at one of our key client locations in Montreal. This is a permanent opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams while ensuring operational excellence. Location: Montreal-Nord, QC Salary: $55,000 - $56,000 per year Schedule: 11 AM to 11 PM • 12-hour shifts (PM availability required) • Alternating schedule of 3 and 4 days per week • Candidates must be flexible and available to support operational requirements outside of regular working hours when needed Key Responsibilities • Monitor workforce levels and maintain accurate attendance records • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client site and internal teams • Communicate effectively in both English and French with employees, management, and stakeholders • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation activities • Drive employee engagement and ensure attendance expectations are met • Anticipate staffing and operational challenges and proactively implement solutions • Provide timely updates regarding site developments, workforce concerns, and operational requirements • Support employees and client representatives with professionalism and courtesy at all times • Maintain ongoing oversight of site operations and respond promptly to urgent issues as they arise Qualifications • Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) • Minimum supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, staffing, or similar environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Reliable, punctual, and dependable • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Must have reliable transportation • Comfortable working extended shifts and responding quickly to operational emergencies when required • Ability to build positive relationships with employees and client representatives What We Offer • Permanent full-time opportunity • Competitive salary • Dynamic and fast-paced work environment • Opportunity to grow within a leading workforce solutions organization • Collaborative team culture and ongoing professional development If you are a hands-on leader who enjoys managing people, solving problems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, we encourage you to apply today.
