We are seeking a strategic and forward-thinking Director to join our Client Analytics team as a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader in customer and business analytics. In this senior role, you will lead high-impact analytics engagements, shape the evolution of our analytics capabilities and partner closely with clients to solve complex business challenges through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
The ideal candidate brings deep analytical expertise, strong business acumen and a consultative mindset, with the ability to translate multiple data sources into actionable strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. This role will play a key part in advancing Bond’s Client Analytics offerings, strengthening client relationships and delivering innovative solutions across customer strategy, loyalty and experience.
What You'll Be Working On
You will lead complex analytics engagements that help clients solve evolving customer, loyalty, marketing and business challenges through actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver analytics-driven solutions that support personalization, customer engagement, loyalty, retention and business growth, while also contributing to the continued evolution of Bond’s Client Analytics capabilities and offerings.
Job Requirements
• Advanced degree in a related field combined with approximately 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, customer intelligence or related analytical disciplines.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with experience translating analytical findings into actionable business recommendations and client strategies.
• Deep understanding of customer analytics, segmentation, loyalty, CRM, measurement and insight generation, with the ability to connect analytics to broader business outcomes.
• Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading client-facing engagements and serving as a trusted strategic partner to senior audiences.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, including the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts into compelling and actionable insights.
• Experience leading complex analytics engagements and contributing to business development and strategic growth initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
• Serve as a recognized expert in client analytics and customer intelligence, bringing strategic perspective and thought leadership across analytics, loyalty, CRM and customer experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding business objectives and translating complex challenges into actionable analytics strategies and recommendations.
• Lead the successful delivery of complex analytics engagements, ensuring work is insight-driven, strategically aligned and focused on delivering measurable client impact.
• Contribute to the evolution of Bond’s Client Analytics offerings by helping shape new methodologies, frameworks and analytics-driven solutions.
• Collaborate across analytics, strategy, technology, loyalty and client services teams to support integrated client delivery and business growth initiatives.
• Support and mentor team members by fostering analytical excellence, collaboration and continuous learning.
Job Benefits
Compensation: The expected base salary compensation for this role is $127,565 to $165,137.50 CAD annually.
