Clinical Project Specialist in Burlington, Ontario

Join us as a Clinical Project Specialist in Burlington, Ontario, where you will support vital clinical initiatives in a hybrid role. Focus on ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines throughout trial activities. This position involves close coordination with Clinical Trial Leaders and team members, managing various reports and budgets. You will address complex questions from trial sites while maintaining required records and ensuring trial-related activities run smoothly. Your proactive contributions will help enhance global and local processes. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure effective planning and coordination for clinical trials • Compile reports, manage budgets, and handle correspondence • Collaborate with trial teams and external organizations • Facilitate trial wrap-up processes including data cleaning • Update regulatory records and assist in trial supply planning Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or relevant experience • Experience in clinical research, preferably Immunology or Oncology • Knowledge of GCP/ICH regulatory requirements • Proficiency with MS Office Applications and Veeva Vault • Excellent communication and organizational abilities Support the successful delivery of clinical trial objectives with your expertise in project coordination.
