Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with leaders on operational people management issues
• Develop and deliver people, culture, and performance strategies
• Engage in collective agreement negotiations and grievance meetings
• Represent the organization at arbitration hearings
• Advise on employee relations and workplace issues
Requirements:
• University degree in HR or related field
• CHRP designation preferred
• 5-7 years in a strategic Business Partner role
• Strong understanding of HR best practices
• Fluent communication skills in English
