Business Analyst (Capital Markets Technology) Contract Duration 12-month engagement with potential for extension Position Overview We are looking for Business Analyst to join a Capital Markets technology team supporting a range of strategic initiatives focused on funding, liquidity, collateral, and optimization processes. This role is suited for candidates ranging from junior to senior levels who are interested in working closely with both business and technology teams to drive process improvements, deliver analytical insights, and support platform enhancements. The successful candidate will collaborate with trading, funding, and operations stakeholders while helping translate business requirements into technology solutions. The position offers exposure to multiple asset classes and a broad range of capital markets functions. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology and process improvement initiatives. • Work closely with front-office and operational stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for optimization. • Create functional specifications, process maps, and supporting documentation. • Facilitate communication between business users, development teams, and project stakeholders. • Support testing activities, issue resolution, and implementation efforts. • Perform data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making. • Assist with dashboard development, reporting enhancements, and analytical initiatives. • Contribute to long-term strategic solutions while balancing immediate business needs.
