About the position
Oliver Wyman's Integrated Consulting Group (ICG) combines actuarial expertise with strategy consulting to assist insurers and asset managers in modernizing finance functions, designing products, executing mergers and acquisitions, and enhancing operations. The role involves analyzing complex business problems using data, models, and structured thinking, conducting research to synthesize insights into clear recommendations, and developing client-ready materials such as presentations, models, and summaries. Consultants will collaborate with teams to support project delivery.

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or another STEM or business-related field
• Class of 2027
• Minimum GPA of 3.5
• At least 1 actuarial exam passed (CAS or SOA) OR willingness to take actuarial exams OR interest in pursuing the CFA designation
• Strong interest in both strategy consulting and actuarial applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
• All candidates must have valid work authorization to work in Canada permanently.
Nice-to-haves
• Excel; familiarity with R, Python, SQL, SAS, or VBA
