Logistics and Transportation Professional

Gatik, a leader in autonomous middle-mile logistics, seeks a highly organized and safety-conscious logistics and transportation professional to oversee the management and performance of Autonomous Vehicle Operators (truck drivers) and local vehicle fleets. This role involves ensuring efficient vehicle operation on complex route networks, supporting customer deliveries, and training/testing autonomous class 3-7 box trucks. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Operations and collaborate with various internal teams to uphold safety standards, optimize driver schedules, manage truck readiness and maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
