Senior Identity & Access Management Consultant (Oracle IAM / AWS)
About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to support a large-scale cloud modernization initiative involving Oracle IAM technologies and AWS. This role will focus on upgrading authentication and risk management platforms, deploying solutions on Red Hat OpenShift, and helping deliver highly available, secure identity services in a complex enterprise environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact transformation project leveraging Oracle IAM, AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and modern authentication technologies.
Important Details:
• Employment Type: Contract
• Duration: Approximately 3 months with potential extension
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Location: Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid; onsite attendance may be required)
• Pay Range: CAD $95-100/hr.
Responsibilities Include:
• Lead the design, development, and migration of Oracle IAM solutions to AWS and OpenShift environments.
• Upgrade and modernize Oracle Adaptive Authentication capabilities while ensuring compatibility with existing authentication platforms.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, database, and security teams to deliver highly available identity management solutions.
• Develop architecture, deployment, integration, and operational documentation.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and knowledge transfer activities.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Identity Access Management (IAM) 12C solutions.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Adaptive Authentication Manager (OAAM) and related authentication technologies.
• Experience deploying Oracle IAM solutions in Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift environments.
• Strong background designing and supporting active-active, high-availability, multi-data center architectures.
• Experience with AWS cloud environments, Oracle databases, Microsoft Active Directory, and enterprise identity services.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Oracle Adaptive Risk Management (OARM) experience.
• Knowledge of IAM security best practices, PKI, TLS/SSL, and authentication technologies.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with monitoring and enterprise management tools.
