Avanciers is a premier IT Staffing/Consulting organization, and we are currently recruiting for a Fulltime Permanent role for one of our premier clients in Canada for Business Analyst- Treasury. Job ID: AV27569 Role: Business Analyst- Treasury Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid- weekly once onsite) Duration: Fulltime Permanent/ Contract (6-12 Months) Rate/Salary: CAD $45-58/hr and CAD $80-95K/ Annum Required Skills • Experienced Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Treasury and Capital Markets, including loans, mortgages, deposits, cash management, stocks, bonds, liquidity management, and regulatory frameworks such as Basel III and OSFI. • Proven experience in legacy platform modernization and migration initiatives, with strengths in requirements gathering, solution design, source-to-target mapping, and functional specification documentation. • Skilled in Agile delivery environments, stakeholder management, UAT coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful business and technology outcomes. • Hands-on experience with data platforms such as GCP and Databricks, advanced SQL querying, and business analysis tools including Jira, Confluence, Visio, and the MS Office Suite.
