About this role

Be the key player in shaping HR strategies for talent acquisition in Ontario. This role combines recruitment and employee development, focusing on creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. As the HR Manager, you'll oversee recruitment processes for various positions while ensuring effective onboarding and training programs. You'll also play a pivotal role in assessing performance, coaching managers in employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR legislation.
