SAP EAM and SCM Lead

We're looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA EAM and SCM Functional Lead to drive end-to-end functional leadership across asset management and supply chain workstreams within a large-scale transformation program in the utilities sector. The ideal candidate brings deep SAP PM and MM expertise, strong utilities domain knowledge, and proven experience leading functional teams through full implementation cycles. What You'll Do • Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA EAM and SCM modules • Define and validate target business processes across maintenance, work management, materials management, procurement, and inventory • Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and deployment activities • Oversee configuration across PM, MM, EWM, and procurement areas • Apply utilities sector knowledge across generation, transmission, distribution, or water and wastewater operations • Lead functional teams and collaborate closely with business SMEs and technical delivery teams • Coordinate integration efforts across finance, field service, GIS, procurement, and operations • Recommend continuous improvement opportunities leveraging S/4HANA, Fiori, predictive maintenance, and analytics What You Bring • 12 to 16 years of SAP functional experience with strong PM, MM, and SCM expertise • Experience across multiple S/4HANA implementations, including utilities sector exposure • Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field • Eligibility for a mandatory background check Nice to have • SAP S/4HANA certifications • Experience with predictive maintenance and analytics initiatives • Familiarity with Fiori-based user experience design Work setup • Hybrid in Toronto, ON • 8+ month contract • English proficiency required
