Senior Lead Consultant

We are seeking an 8+ Years Senior Consultant / Lead to support a strategic data modernization initiative focused on building Agentic AI-driven automation solutions for SAS to PySpark code conversion and validation. This role involves designing scalable AI systems using LLMs, RAG architectures, and AWS services to automate legacy data transformation and testing processes in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop agent-based AI solutions for SAS → PySpark code conversion • Build multi-agent workflows using LLMs for parsing, transformation, optimization, and validation • Develop RAG pipelines to retrieve reusable business logic, rules, and legacy patterns • Create automated testing frameworks for SAS vs PySpark output validation and reconciliation • Integrate solutions with AWS services (Bedrock, S3, Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch) • Collaborate with business and domain teams to ensure functional equivalence • Build reusable accelerators for large-scale modernization programs • Ensure robustness through monitoring, logging, and evaluation of AI outputs Required Skills • Strong experience in Python and PySpark • Hands-on experience with AWS (Bedrock, Glue, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch) • Experience with LLMs (Claude/OpenAI or similar) and prompt engineering • Strong knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases • Experience with SAS programming and legacy data pipelines • Expertise in ETL/data engineering and data migration • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain / LangGraph or similar) • Strong experience in data validation and testing frameworks Nice to Have • Experience in insurance / actuarial domain • Exposure to MLOps and CI/CD for AI pipelines 📩 Interested candidates with relevant experience in AI-driven modernization and data engineering are encouraged to apply or reach out directly.
