Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant for a high-visibility, global procurement transformation program. This is a successor role where the candidate will initially support and ultimately assume full ownership of the organizational change management (OCM) workstream. The program involves the enterprise-wide implementation of procurement technologies, including Coupa and Ironclad, and requires a candidate with executive presence and the ability to operate independently in a complex, multi-release environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and adoption planning for multiple program releases.
• Own the creation and delivery of all program communications, including executive messaging, rollout announcements, and leadership presentations.
• Design, develop, and coordinate the delivery of training materials and user enablement content for new system implementations (Coupa, Ironclad, Zip).
• Manage global delivery requirements, including content localization, translation, and adaptation for regional teams.
• Coordinate readiness activities across business, technical, and system integrator teams to ensure a smooth enterprise-wide rollout.
• Establish and manage adoption tracking, reporting, and engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the current OCM lead, internal teams, and executive leadership, providing high-quality, polished deliverables.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing strategic planning for future releases while handling operational execution for current phases.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of dedicated Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting large-scale, enterprise transformations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting platform implementations, with exposure to procurement (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) and/or contract lifecycle management (e.g., Ironclad) systems.
• Proven ability to independently own and produce high-quality, executive-ready content, including communications, training curricula, and strategic decks.
• Experience supporting global programs across multiple regions and time zones.
• Strong proficiency with a structured change methodology, such as Prosci ADKAR.
• Must be based in Canada and able to align with Pacific Time Zone hours several days per week.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
• Direct experience with Coupa and/or Ironclad CLM implementations.
• Prosci certification.
• Experience in a multi-release program environment with concurrent project workloads.
• Background in retail, consumer goods, or multi-brand procurement environments.
• Experience managing OCM coordination with system integrators.
• Familiarity with using SharePoint for communications and resource distribution.
