This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving HR systems strategy, operational effectiveness, and enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating, selecting, implementing, and optimizing HR technology platforms while building scalable processes that support future growth. What's In It for You? • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus program • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits • Retirement savings program • Opportunity to lead enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives • High-impact leadership role with executive visibility • Collaborative and forward-thinking leadership team • Professional development and continuous learning opportunities • Chance to shape the future of HR technology and operations What Will You Do? • Lead the HR Technology and HR Operations functions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and employee experience goals • Develop and execute the organization's HR technology roadmap • Assess, evaluate, recommend, and lead the implementation of HRIS platforms and related HR technologies • Manage large-scale HRIS migrations, system transitions, integrations, and optimization initiatives • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to identify technology solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness • Drive operational excellence through process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies • Leverage Lean Six Sigma principles to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and waste reduction • Establish and maintain governance, controls, data integrity, and reporting standards across HR systems • Lead HR operational teams to deliver efficient, scalable, and customer-focused services • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure operational performance and support decision-making • Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party technology partners • Lead and mentor a team of HR technology and operations professionals • Champion change management efforts related to HR transformation initiatives What Do You Bring? • 7+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, HR Operations, HRIS, or related functions • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams • Extensive experience leading HRIS assessments, vendor selection, implementation, migration, and optimization projects • Strong knowledge of leading HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, Dayforce, or similar solutions • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide system transformations and change initiatives • Deep understanding of HR operations, service delivery models, and process design • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies • Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field • Lean Six Sigma certification and/or relevant HR certifications considered an asset If you are a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of HR, technology, and operational excellence, we'd love to hear from you.
