We are hiring for a Client Success Manager on behalf of our client, a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on helping home improvement and outdoor living businesses scale through paid advertising and lead generation systems.
This is a high-ownership role where you will manage client relationships end-to-end, ensuring strong communication, retention, and measurable growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Communication
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
• Ensure consistent communication, clear updates, and strong follow-through
• Maintain client confidence, especially during performance fluctuations
Problem Solving & Ownership
• Proactively identify and resolve issues
• Take initiative without waiting for direction
• Ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
Relationship Management
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships
• Drive retention, referrals, and overall client experience
Performance & Strategy Alignment
• Review campaign performance and translate insights into clear next steps
• Collaborate with internal teams to align expectations and execution
Upsells & Growth
• Identify opportunities for additional services
• Support expansion conversations in a natural, value-driven way
• 2–4+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience with CRMs, reporting tools, or marketing platforms
Nice to Have
• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Background in paid ads, lead generation, or social media marketing
• Experience in agency, coaching, or consulting environments
Work Setup
• Full-time remote role
• Must overlap 8 hours with U.S. business hours (primarily PST)
