Lead global HR operations as a Director of People & Culture at our organization. Oversee payroll, benefits, and team member experience while driving continuous improvement. In this strategic role, you will report to the VP, Total Rewards & Technology, managing a diverse team focused on the team member life-cycle journey. Your expertise in payroll, technology, and operational excellence will be crucial in ensuring compliance and enhancing service delivery for team members. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end People & Culture operations using SAP and Workday • Ensure timely and accurate payroll services with compliance • Optimize HR service delivery and support team member inquiries • Develop operational metrics to inform decision-making • Manage vendor relationships for HRIS and payroll providers Requirements: • 12-15 years in HR operations, 5-7 in leadership • Strong expertise in payroll compliance and HR technology • Ability to manage large teams and foster a culture of excellence • Experience with vendor management and process automation • Advanced analytical skills for operational insights Utilize your strategic vision and operational leadership to enhance our People & Culture initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
