SRED.io is redefining how companies fund innovation. We’re a fast-growing startup building a cutting-edge, AI-powered platform that helps Canadian businesses unlock SR&ED funding for their most ambitious tech and scientific projects. By combining advanced NLP technology with deep expertise from top-tier SR&ED professionals, we’re transforming a traditionally complex, documentation-heavy process into a seamless, intelligent experience. Our mission is simple: eliminate the friction of SR&ED claims so companies can focus on what matters most — building, experimenting, and pushing innovation forward. We expect to establish an office in the nearest future and transition to a hybrid setup. What you’ll be doing: • Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing high-value deals. • Actively pitch and present solutions to prospective clients, including C-suite executives. • Build strong relationships with enterprise/mid-market/growth-level customers and guide them through the buying process. • Develop deep expertise in SR&ED and confidently position its value to clients. • Use modern sales tools like Outreach.io to manage pipelines, optimize outreach, and drive performance. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful deal execution. What We’re Looking For: • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in enterprise or consulting environments. • Proven ability to sell to senior decision-makers, including C-level stakeholders. • A self-starter mindset with high energy, initiative, and a strong drive to succeed. • Genuine interest in learning and mastering SR&ED concepts. • Proficiency with sales tools such as Outreach.io and CRM platforms. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
