Hr Manager For Dream/machine Fx Toronto

Overview Join Dream/Machine FX as the HR Manager, managing human resources in a hybrid work workplace from Toronto or Montreal. Your role will focus on employee relations, recruitment, and creative HR operations. The HR Manager will play a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with strategic business goals. This position involves overseeing complex talent acquisition and modernizing HR processes, such as integrating BambooHR. You will also be responsible for employee relations investigations, performance management, and managing a Joint Health and Safety committee. Responsibilities Drive HR project initiatives from inception to completion Analyze performance management data for insights Modernize operational processes within BambooHR Oversee employee relations and compliance matters Manage the full cycle of hiring and onboarding for HR staff Qualifications Hands-on experience in HR management, especially in acquisitions Deep understanding of employment laws in Ontario Proficient with BambooHR and HRIS systems Experience with international work permits and recruitment processes HR certification (CHRP/CHRL) is a plus Leverage your HR expertise to ensure operational success at Dream/Machine FX. #J-18808-Ljbffr
