The Opportunity:
We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented HR Administrator. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow and learn as an HR professional. You will have opportunities to get involved with projects and other HR initiatives. You will be part of a 3-person, competent, and fast-paced team.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and can work independently. You will have some HR experience, but new grads are welcome if they are ready to hit the ground running.

• Onboarding & offboarding
• Contract changes
• Benefits administration
• HRIS, and data management
• Events
• General HR duties
• Some general office duties
Job Requirements:
• Computer proficiency
• HRIS proficiency
• Familiarity with Microsoft office suite
• Diploma in business preferred (or related experience)
• Business-level verbal and written English
• Basic understanding of BC employment standards
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service.
• God problem‑solving skills
• Excellent discretion regarding confidential information
Job Assets:
• Experience in the construction industry
• Experience in benefits administration

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
